| 摘 要： | 目的研究脊柱侧弯手术术中唤醒试验（wake up test，WUT）的麻醉方法。方法12例择期行脊柱侧弯矫形手术患者。ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级。全麻诱导用咪达唑仑0．05mg／kg、异丙酚1．0～2．0mg／kg、芬太尼2．0～4．0mg／kg，维库溴铵0．1～0．15mg／kg静脉注射，插管前用2％丁卡因3．0mL做喉部表面麻醉。麻醉维持异丙酚4．0～8．0mg／（kg·h）^-1，瑞芬太尼0．2～0．5μg／（kg·min）^-1氧化亚氮：氧气=1：1，辅以间断静脉注射芬太尼。唤醒前10min将异丙酚减量5min时异丙酚和氧化亚氮停用，将瑞芬太尼减至维持量的1／4。结果唤醒成功用时为（582±70）s。唤醒质量均满意。结论这种麻醉方法用于唤醒试验平稳、安全和可控性强，且技术成熟，操作方便，不失为一种满意的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the anesthesia method of wake up test during operation of scoliosis orthomorphia.Methods 12 cases of such patient of ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ degree were performed general anesthesia.Before wake up test,isofenol and rifentanil decreased to certain dose.Results The successful time of wake up was 582±70s with satisfied.Conclusion This method might have stable,safe and well controlled. It might be easy performed and good. |
