思密达在预防顺铂所致迟发性恶心呕吐反应中的作用

摘    要:目的:探讨思密达在肿瘤化疗所致消化道反应中的应用价值。方法:对54例接受顺铂联合方案化疗的恶性肿瘤病人进行止吐治疗观察。于化疗第一周期或第二周期使用思密达加枢复宁止吐,同一病人于另一周期只用枢复宁作自身对照,思密达每次3.0g,每日3次于化疗前一天开始连服5d。结果:两种止吐方法对化疗后24h内急性恶心呕吐有效率无差异,化疗后2 ̄5d,观察组恶心和呕吐有效率均高于对照组(P〈0.01),观察组恶心

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the effect of smecta in controlling nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy Methods:Fifty four patients under cisplatin based chemotherapy received smecta combined with ondansetron to control emesis Single ondansetron was used as self control in the previousor next course of the chemotherapy in the same patient Results: There were nodifferences between smecta combine group and control group in terms of effective rates of acute nausea and vomiting control during the first 24 hours But the effective rate of control delayed nausea and vomiting in smecta combine group was singnificantly higher than that in control group between day 2 to day 5 after chemotherapy (P<0 01) The average nausea and vomiting periods in smecta combine group were much shorter as compared to control group (53 37/94 27 and 30 40/50 50 hours, respectively P<0 01) Conclusion: Smecta is effective for control delayed nausea and vomiting induced by cisplatin based chemotherapy
