孕期补钙对预防妊娠期高血压疾病的作用及研究

妊娠期高血压疾病（HDCP）是妊娠期特有的疾病，该病严重影响母婴健康，是孕妇和围生儿病死率及死亡率的主要原因。该文通过对近几年有关文献的回顾，综述了孕期妇女补充适量的钙元素对降低HDCP所起到的积极作用，从而进一步说明孕期妇女合理饮食对于预防该病的重要性。

Effect of Calcium Supplement in Pregnancy on the Prevention of Hypertension of Pregnancy

Hypertension of pregnancy is a special disease in pregnancy that seriously influences the health of the mothers and babies and is the major cause for the mortality of pregnant women and prenatal babies. Through a retrospective analysis of the recent relevant literature, this paper summarizes the positive effect of proper calcium supplement on the reduction of hypertension of pregnancy, and makes a further explanation of the importance of proper diet in the prevention of such disease.
