Application of ureteroscopy technique in urological treatment

Objective To analyze the practical effect of ureteroscopy technique in urological treatment.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing urological surgery were divided into observation group and control group according to random grouping method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional surgery,and the observation group received ureteroscope adjuvant surgery.The treatment recovery(mucosal injury score,hospitalization time),treatment effect,and complications(formation of false canal,stone incarceration,ureteral perforation,ureteral tear)were compared between the two groups.Results The mucosal injury score(26.12±1.89)points of the observation group was lower than(62.11±1.67)points of the control group,and hospitalization time(8.89±1.46)d was shorter than(12.42±1.79)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 98.33%of the observation group was higher than 83.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of formation of false canal,stone incarceration,ureteral perforation,ureteral tear of the observation group were 3.33%,0,0 and 0,which were all lower than 13.33%,6.67%,6.67%and 6.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of ureteroscopy,urological surgery can improve the treatment effect,reduce mucosal injury,and lower the incidence of complications,which is beneficial for the patient's prognosis.
