| 摘 要： | 乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,甲状腺疾病同样好发于女性;临床实践中乳腺癌并发甲状腺疾病的患者屡见不鲜,文献研究亦证实乳腺癌患者的甲状腺疾病发生率高于正常人群.乳腺与甲状腺均为内分泌器官,且同受下丘脑-垂体-腺体轴调控,因此两者间可能存在一定的联系.本文就乳腺癌和甲状腺疾病之间的相互联系作一概述.

| Abstract: | Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women.Thyroid disease is also common in women.It is not uncommon to find that patients with breast cancer complicated with thyroid disease in clinical practice.Literature studies have also confirmed that the incidence of thyroid disease in patients with breast cancer is higher than that in normal people.It is considered that both mammary gland and thyroid gland are endocrine organs and are regulated by hypothalamus-pituitary-gland axis,so there may be a certain relationship between them.This article summarizes the relationship between breast cancer and thyroid diseases. |
