百合地黄平亢汤对甲状腺功能亢进症患者的疗效

目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)患者在西药治疗基础上给予百合地黄平亢汤治疗的临床效果。方法选取2017年4月至2018年3月门诊甲亢患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗基础上加用百合地黄平亢汤治疗。观察两组患者甲状腺激素水平、中医症候积分、血脂水平和不良反应、复发情况等。结果观察组治疗后血清促甲状腺素(TSH)水平高于对照组,游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_3)、游离甲状腺素(FT_4)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治疗后中医症候积分显著低于对照组(1.74±0.75)分vs(6.46±3.21)分,t=9.605,P<0.01]。观察组患者治疗后血清TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(95.56%vs 75.56%,χ²=7.282,P<0.01),不良反应总发生率低于对照组(2.22%vs 17.78%,χ²=6.409,P<0.05),复发率低于对照组(0 vs 13.33%,χ²=6.429,P<0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗基础上联合百合地黄平亢汤治疗甲亢,可提高疗效,降低不良反应和复发率。

Baihe Dihuang Pingkang decoction in the treatment of hyperthyroidism

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Baihe Dihuang Pingkang decoction on hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 90 patients with hyperthyroidism from April 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into control group(n=45,routine Western medicine treatment)and observation group(n=45,routine Western medicine treatment+Baihe Dihuang Pingkang decoction)randomly.The level of thyroid hormone,the improvement of Chinese medicine symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results After treatment,the levels of serum thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the free triiodothyronine(FT3)and free thyroxine(FT4)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,Chinese medicine symptom score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(1.74±0.75 vs 6.46±3.21,t=9.605,P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of serum TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(95.56%vs 75.56%,χ²=7.282,P<0.01).Compared with control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions(2.22%vs 17.78%,χ²=6.409,P<0.05)and recurrence rate(0 vs 13.33%,χ2=6.429,P<0.05)were significantly lower in the observation group.Conclusion On the basis of routine Western medicine treatment,Baihe Dihuang Pingkang decoction could reduce adverse reactions and improve the overall efficacy effectively.
