光动力学在中重度痤疮治疗中的疗效观察

目的对中重度痤疮采用光动力学治疗的临床疗效予以分析。方法86例中重度痤疮患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。观察组实施氨基酮戊酸光动力学治疗,对照组予以红蓝光治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗8周后残留皮损数,治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子-α与白细胞介素-8水平,并发症(红斑水肿、皮肤瘙痒、皮肤干涩)发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率97.67%高于对照组的81.40%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗8周后炎性皮损数(8.21±0.07)个、非炎性皮损数(10.25±5.14)个均少于对照组的(15.06±2.02)、(19.09±4.25)个,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,两组患者肿瘤坏死因子-α与白细胞介素-8水平均低于治疗前,且观察组治疗8周后肿瘤坏死因子-α(30.43±4.28)ng/ml与白细胞介素-8(35.28±7.10)μg/L均低于对照组的(36.50±4.56)ng/ml、(39.07±7.46)μg/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率0低于对照组的18.60%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中重度痤疮采用光动力学治疗效果显著,并发症较少,可使残留皮损数明显减少,降低炎症因子水平。

Therapeutic effect of photodynamic therapy on moderate and severe acne

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of photodynamic therapy on moderate and severe acne.Methods A total of 86 patients with moderate and severe acne were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The observation group received aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy,and the control group received red and blue light therapy.The clinical efficacy,the number of residual skin lesions 8 weeks after treatment,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-8 before and after treatment,and the occurrence of complications(erythema and edema,itchy skin,dry skin)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 97.67%of the observation group was higher than 81.40%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).8 weeks after treatment,the number of inflammatory skin lesions(8.21±0.07)lesions and the number of non-inflammatory skin lesions(10.25±5.14)lesions in the observation group were lower than(15.06±2.02)lesions and(19.09±4.25)lesions in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).8 weeks after treatment,the tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-8 of the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,and tumor necrosis factor-α(30.43±4.28)ng/ml and interleukin-8(35.28±7.10)μg/L of the observation group were all lower than(36.50±4.56)ng/ml and(39.07±7.46)μg/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 0 of the observation group was lower than 18.60%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Photodynamic therapy shows remarkable effect on moderate and severe acne,which can obviously reduce number of residual skin lesions and lower inflammatory factors with less complications.
