Value analysis of postoperative rehabilitation nursing in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To analyze the clinical value of postoperative rehabilitation nursing in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into observation group and control group according to double-blind method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received postoperative rehabilitation nursing.The off-bed time,hospitalization time,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The off-bed time(4.63±1.37)d and hospitalization time(10.63±2.54)d of the observation group were all shorter than(7.35±1.73)and(16.38±2.47)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.751,8.889;P=0.000,0.000<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in NIHSS score,Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than the control group,and Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after operation,rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function of patients,which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.This method is worthy of promotion.
