Effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with dysphagia after acute stroke

Objective To study and discuss the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with dysphagia after acute stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with dysphagia after acute stroke were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing.The swallowing score,consciousness score,language score,incidence of adverse reactions and nursing efficiency after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the swallowing score,consciousness score and language score of the observation group were(8.26±1.32),(9.12±2.04)and(8.03±1.22)points,which were all higher than(6.07±1.61),(6.73±1.95)and(6.79±1.38)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 10.0%(4/40)of the observation group was lower than 27.5%(11/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing efficiency of the observation group was 90.0%(36/40),which was higher than 70.0%(28/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing shows good nursing effect on patients with dysphagia after acute stroke,which can significantly improve the swallowing,consciousness and language score of patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,so as to improve the treatment efficiency of patients,which has higher clinical value and significance.
