社区精神分裂症病人康复治疗研究

目的探讨社区精神分裂症病人康复治疗的方法。方法对本地区66例患者为研究对象,实施积极的社区康复方法。结果精神残疾严重程度有随治疗持续状况的好转而减轻的趋势。患者的服药落实率和病情显好率明显上升。结论社区康复治疗有利于帮助精神病患者达到心理和社会康复,而且对控制症状也有独到的优点。

Community Study of Schizophrenia Patients in Rehabilitation Therapy

Objective To explore the community method of treatment of schizophrenic patients have recovered.Methods 66 patients in this region as the research object,to implement a proactive community-based rehabilitation approach.Results The severe degree of mental disability status with the treatment of persistent improvement and reduce the trend.Medication in patients with a good implementation rate and the rate of significant disease increased significantly.Conclusion The community-based rehabilitation treatment could help with mental illness to achieve psychological and social rehabilitation,but also to control symptoms also have unique advantages.
