小肠原发性恶性肿瘤

目的 讨论小肠原发性恶性肿瘤的临床表现、诊断、治疗和预后。方法 回顾性病例分析。结果 小肠原发性恶性肿瘤有下列临床表现：１．大多数病人（７８．２％）的年龄在５４岁以上。２．最常见部位在回肠。３、腹痛、消瘦和贫血为主要症状。４．术前病程较长。５．５年生存率为３３．３３％。结论 原发性小肠恶性肿瘤很少在症状无特异性易延误诊断。对于不明原因的腹痛、消瘦和贫血要想到小肠恶性肿瘤的可能。低张小肠钡剂造影、Ｘ

Primary malignant tumors of the small bowel

Objective To discuss the sym pto ms and signs ,diagnosis ,treatment and prognosis of pri mary m alignant tum ors of the small bowel . Methods By retrospective analysis of 23 cases . Results Pri mary malignant tu mors of the small bowel had the following clinical characteristics :1 . Majority patients(78 .2 % ) were more than 54 years old .2 . The ileu m was the most co m mon site of involve ment .3 . Themost com m on sym ptoms were abdominal pain ,weight loss and ane mia .4 . Preoperative diagnosis was de layed .5 . The 5 year survival rate was 33 .33 % . Conclusion primary malignant tum ors of the small bowelare rare ,since the delay in diagnosisis attributed to vague and nonspecific sym pto ms ,m edical doctors shouldbe aw are of this possibility in patients with obscure abdominal pain ,weightloss and anemia . Radiologic con trast study , C Tand S M Aare valuable for diagnosis , The treatment of choice is radical resection w heneverpossible.
