| 摘 要： | 目的]研究益肾清利活血法治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法]分别为治疗组32例,对照组32例,综合组30例。治疗组予益肾清利通络方口服,对照组予厄贝沙坦片口服,综合组予益肾清利通络方联合厄贝沙坦片。疗程为12周。观察治疗前后患者一般情况,测定治疗前后相关指标变化。结果]治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率为65.6%,综合组总有效率为90%。结论]运用益肾清利通络方治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者,可以降低患者蛋白尿、血肌酐水平,进而保护肾功能。
