拱顶石穿支岛状皮瓣修复皮肤软组织缺损的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨拱顶石穿支岛状皮瓣在皮肤软组织缺损修复中的应用。方法 选取2012年1月~2016年5月各类软组织缺损患者11例,应用拱顶石穿支岛状皮瓣修复缺损区。结果 1例患者皮瓣部分坏死,经换药后好转。其余患者随访3个月~1年,皮瓣成活良好,术后形态满意。结论 拱顶石穿支岛状皮瓣因其设计简单、血供充分、术时较短、术后外观良好等优点,可广泛用于除头皮以外的身体绝大多数部位,是一种值得临床推广的局部皮瓣。

Abstract:Objective To introduce the experience in skin defect reconstruction with keystone design perforator island flap. Methods From January 2012 to May 2016, 11 patients with different types of skin defect were repaired with keystone design perforator island flaps. Results One patient suffered partial flap loss and healed secondarily. All the other patients recovered smoothly without complications. Conclusion Keystone design perforator island flap offers a versatile technique for skin defect reconstruction except scalp.
