| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献计量学方法，对有关病案管理文献进行分析和研究。结果表明：（1）文献量的发展趋势符合二次曲线；（2）现阶段病案管理研究的内容主要是基础管理，质量管理和计算机管理，（3）九期刊为病案管理的重要期刊；（4）病案管理研究的群体正在逐步形成。因此实现病案的现代化管理，深入开发利用病案信息资源是病案管理科学发展的方向。

| Abstract: | To analyze the literatures about medical record management with bibliography method. The results show that the tendency of literature quantity fits quadratic curve. The current researches on medical record management are focused on basic management, quality control and computer management. Nine kinds of medical periodicals are important periodicals about medical record management. The group studying medical record management has been growing up. Therefore, to realize modernization of medical record management and to deep develop and make full use of medical record information is the developmental tendency of medical record management science. |
