| 摘 要： | 复发性流产是妇产科常见病,祖国医学称之为"滑胎"。中医认为"肾主生殖"、"胞络者系于肾"、"冲任之本在肾"。认识到肾和冲任二脉与胚胎的形成和发育有着密切联系。肾虚系胞无力,为滑胎之根本原因,故滑胎者治以补肾为主,肾气盛则任脉亦盛,如此则胎元能固。
