| 摘 要： | 目的初步评价蜂胶提取物的安全性,为其在临床应用提供依据。方法遵循各种评价标准,以家兔为模型进行一次给药和多次给药口腔黏膜刺激实验,以豚鼠为模型观察蜂胶的皮肤致敏作用。结果蜂胶提取物单次和多次给药刺激性研究结果表明,蜂胶对家兔正常黏膜无刺激性,不引起豚鼠出现过敏反应。结论蜂胶提取物外用治疗时安全可靠。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the oral mucous membrane irritation and skin all ergenic effect on extracts of prololis.METHODS Once and multiple dosing oral mucous membrane irritation test was carried out with rabbit model,and skin sensitization experiment was observed with guinea pig.Results：Extracts of prololis had no irritation on the normal oral mucous membrane,and no allergic response induced in guinea pig.CONCLUSION Extracts of prololis is a safety agent for external application. |
