阴道镜在诊断宫颈病变中的临床价值

目的 探讨阴道镜检查在诊断宫颈病变中的实用价值.方法 对我院妇产科1999年10月-2005年4月的351例宫颈病变患者的阴道镜检查及病理学检查结果进行回顾性分析.结果 阴道镜检查的351例患者中,全部进行病理学检查,阴道镜下诊断为慢性宫颈炎217例,宫颈癌前病变109例,宫颈原位癌及浸润癌25例.病理诊断慢性宫颈炎226例,宫颈癌前病变101例,宫颈原位癌及浸润癌24例.两者相比,诊断符合率在90%以上.结论 阴道镜检查对提早发现宫颈癌前病变及早期宫颈癌具有重要价值.

The clinical value of the colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical lesions
