对特殊人群干预前后STD/AIDS知识情况分析

目的了解特殊人群(女性桑拿按摩从业员)掌握性病、艾滋病知识的程度,为制定对特殊人群进行性病、艾滋病的健康教育和控制性病、艾滋病蔓延提供依据.为21世纪的健康教育发挥更大的作用.方法于2000年10～11月用试卷考核的方法对广州市内5家按摩场所的162名女性从业人员进行了性病、艾滋病知识调查.结果(1)对性病的一般知识,如艾滋病、梅毒、淋病的名称、传播途径等在培训前的回答正确率为80%;培训后回答正确率为99%;(2)对专业性较强的性病知识如软下疳、生殖器疱疹的认识培训前仅为2.46%和1.23%;(3)对性病、艾滋病的防护知识严重缺乏,只有约4.93%的人表示有必要采取防护;(4)文化程度对回答问题的正确性没有显著性差异.结论通过近几年来的健康教育,特殊人群对性病、艾滋病的防治知识水平有了较大的提高,针对性地加强有关性病、艾滋病知识的健康教育,是今后各级性病防治机构应注重的问题.

A Survey On the Understanding of STD/AIDS in a Special Population Group before and after Intervention

Objective In order to survey the understanding of STD/AIDS in special population group (masseuses in sauna parlors) and provide the evidence for health education on STD/AIDS targeted to special people and control of STD/ AIDS spread, and to foster the role of health education in 21th century. Methods From October to November 2000, knowledge about STD/AIDS in 162 masseuses from five sauna parlors in Guangzhou was investigeted by questionaires. Results (1) The correct rate of their response to the questions on the common knowledge about STD, such as the names of AIDS, syphiliS, gonorrhoea and transmission routes was 80% before training, and 99% after training. (2)To those more specialized venereal diseases such as chancroid, and genital warts, the rate of people who had some knowledge about that was only 2.46% and 1.23% respectively before training. (3)There was considerate lack of knowledge about protection against STD and AIDS in these people, and only 4.93% of them believed that protective measures were necessary. (4)There was no significant relation between education level and correct rate of response. Conclusion Health education conducted in recent years has improved knowledge about STD/AIDS in the special population group, so more attention should be paid by Institutions of venereal disease treatment and prevention at different levels to the prevention and treatment of venereal diseases. Health education focussed on knowledge about STD/AIDS should be strengthened.
