| 摘 要： | 目的对老年多病因心力衰竭（MHFE）的多病因性构成及多病因特点进行探讨,以期为MHFE的防治提供临床依据。方法回顾性分析95例MHFE的病因构成特点与心力衰竭类型。结果构成MHFE的主要基础病因前3位为冠心病40例（42.1%）、高血压20例（21.1%）及肺源性心脏病12例（12.6%）。MHFE患者基础疾病以冠心病、高血压、肺源性心脏病为主,合并疾病以糖尿病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病为主。老年人心力衰竭主要以舒张性心力衰竭为主,占67.4%（64/95）。结论 MHFE患者的主要基础病因为冠心病、高血压和肺源性心脏病,且心力衰竭主要以舒张性心力衰竭为主。
