| 摘 要： | 目的探讨三维适形放疗同步应用洛铂、亚叶酸钙、氟尿嘧啶治疗局部晚期食管癌的近期疗效及毒性反应。方法选择38例局部晚期食管癌,采用三维适形放射治疗,从第1天放射治疗开始的同时行全身化疗两周期（洛铂30 mg/m2d1,亚叶酸钙200 mg/m2d1～5,氟尿嘧啶500 mg/m2d1～5,21天重复）。结果全部38例患者36例完成了全程治疗,有效率为16.7%,疾病控制率为66.7%。毒性反应轻微。结论洛铂、亚叶酸钙、氟尿嘧啶同步三维适形放疗治疗局部晚期食管癌近期疗效和局部控制率较好,不良反应相对较轻,耐受性好。 |
