| 摘 要： | 目的 回顾性分析鼻骨骨折的CT表现,评价螺旋CT的诊断价值.方法 对55例鼻骨骨折患者进行螺旋CT扫描,靶区多平面重建(MPR)及三维重建(3D),立体观察成像.结果 55例鼻骨骨折中,单侧鼻骨骨折25例,双侧鼻骨骨折17例,鼻骨汇合部骨折13例,其中:鼻骨骨折伴鼻缝分离15例,鼻骨骨折伴上额骨折21例,鼻骨骨折伴鼻中...

| Abstract: | Objective To retrospectively analyze the appearances of fractures of nasal bone and evaluate the value of CT in the diagnosis.Methods 55 cases of fractures of the nasal bone were scanned by spiral CT,bone algorithm MPR and 3D reconstruction,direct cisulisation shading display.Results In 55 cases of fractures of nasalbone,single fracture of nasal bone was found in 25,bilateral fracture in 17 cases,fracture of nasal bone joint in 13 cases.Conclusion The lesions included separation of nasofrontal structures dynamically and accurately,might be of great value in diagnosing fractures of nasal bone. |
