139株肺炎克雷伯菌耐药性分析

目的及时了解我院临床分离的肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药性状况,以指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法对2010年7月1日～2010年10月1日临床分离的139株肺炎克雷伯菌采用纸微量稀释法测定菌株对庆大霉素等18种抗菌药物的敏感性。结果 139株肺炎克雷伯菌对氨苄西林、头孢唑啉、头孢噻肟、头孢曲松、复方新诺明、庆大霉素、头孢西丁、氨曲南、环丙沙星、阿莫西林/棒酸、妥布霉素、头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、左氧氟沙星、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、阿米卡星、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、亚胺培南的耐药率分别为100%、68%、58%、58%、57%、43%、36%、36%、32%、32%、31%、31%、28%、28%、21%、16%、9%、4%。结论我院临床分离的肺炎克雷伯菌对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦和哌拉西林/他唑巴坦的耐药率较低,临床因肺炎克雷伯菌引起的感染可经验使用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦或哌拉西林/他唑巴坦。

The analysis of the drug resistance of 139 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae
