新生化口服液膜分离技术应用研究

摘    要:采用微滤、超滤膜技术对新生化口服液进行应用研究.考察了操作压力、运行温度等对膜渗透通量的影响,结果显示最佳操作条件为:操作压力为0.1 MPa,温度35℃,进料流速4 L/s.为进一步中试实验提供一定的依据,清洗效果好.

Abstract:To study Microfiltration and Ultrafiltration membrane process of the XinShengHua oral and investigate.the effect of the operation pressure、temperature etc.towards membrane flux.The optimum separation conditions:the concentration of the operation pressure was 0.1 Mpa,the temperature was 35℃ and velocity of flow was 4L/s.The experiment results provided a basis for pilot experiments.Its cleaning was effect..
