| 摘 要： | 目的观察加味佛手散水提取物对实验性原发性痛经的影响。方法采用缩宫素诱发小鼠原发性痛经模型和离体子宫平滑肌痉挛,以小鼠扭体潜伏期、扭体次数,离体子宫平滑肌收缩幅度和频率为指标,评价加味佛手散对原发性痛经治疗作用。结果加味佛手散可显著延长缩宫素诱发小鼠扭体反应的潜伏期,减少扭体反应次数,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义;降低缩宫素引起离体子宫收缩的幅度,减少收缩频率,与空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论加味佛手散对缩宫素诱发小鼠的原发性痛经有显著的治疗作用。 |
