| 摘 要： | 目的 评价双介入技术在治疗下肢深静脉血栓所致的急性肺动脉栓塞的临床疗效.方法 经右颈内静脉或健侧股静脉放置下腔静脉滤器38枚,常规行下腔静脉造影,确定下腔静脉和释放途径无血栓形成,将滤器放置于肾静脉开口以下的下腔静脉,后经皮经肺动脉置管溶栓治疗,术后常规抗凝.结果 38例患者下腔静脉滤器放置成功,临床症状明显改善,对全...
