Clinical Effect of Maixuekang Capsules Combined Hyperbaric Oxygen in the Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease

Objective To evaluate the Maixuekang capsules combined hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.Methods 80 cases of patients were randomly divided into combined treatment group and Maixuekang capsule group.Combination therapy using oral Maixuekang capsules combined hyperbaric oxygen therapy;Maixuekang group was treated Maixuekang capsule.MMSE scale and ADL scale evaluation were performed in before treatment,3 and 6 months after the treatment.Results After 3 and 6 months treatment,combined treatment group improved cognitive function and capacity improvements were significantly better on Maixuekang capsule group,combined treatment group was significantly higher than Maixuekang capsule group(P<0.05).Conclusion Maixuekang capsule combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment of Alzheimer’s disease might better than single Maixuekang capsules.Combined treatment might have more effect and no obvious side effects.
