| 摘 要： | 目前终末期肾衰竭需要透析治疗的患者越来越多。如何延缓慢性肾脏病的进展是一个关键问题。在肾衰的进展中存在多种恶性循环机制。许多证据证实控制血压、减少蛋白尿、使用ACEI或ARB类药物、限制蛋白摄入等可部分阻断恶性循环而延缓疾病进展。中医药干预可以延缓慢性肾功能不全的进展。而中医对慢性肾衰的认识同现代医学相似,常用大方复治法综合干预。本文根据恶性循环理论探讨中医如何更好辨证治疗慢性肾功能不全。
