| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术的手术配合。方法选择2005年2月至2010年6月,我院在非体外循环即心脏不停跳下行多支冠状动脉搭桥术共32例,术中控制血压心率的变化,保证有效循环血量。结果 32例非体外循环冠脉搭桥术均获成功,无1例出现护理并发症,术后12～18 d痊愈出院。结论针对本类手术特点做好相关的术前访视,术前充分准备,理顺各个环节,与手术医生密切合作,是保证手术顺利进行的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the operative coopration of off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery.Methods: We selected 32 cases of off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery performed in our hospital during February 2005 to June 2006,and blood pressure and heart rate were controled to ensure the effective circulation of blood volume.Results: The 32 cases of off-bump coronary artery bypass sugery were successful and none of them had nursing complications.The patients were discharged after 12 ~ 18d.Conclusion: Well p... |
