Observation on Treating Nervous Tinnitus for 58 Cases with Integrative Medicine

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating nervous tinnitus with YangYin ZiShenTang combined with methimazole,low molecular dextran and VitB12.Method：The 116 cases met the standard were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 58 cases.The 2 groups were all given methimazole, extran,VitB12 and other antispasmodic,vasodilator and neurotrophic drugs.Gave patients mcthimazole tablets orally 20 mg 1 time,3 times 1 day;low molecular dextran 250 mL,intravenous infusion,1 dose 1 day;VitB12 0.5 mg,intramuscular injection,1 time 1 day.The observation group took YangYin ZiShenTang,1 dose 1 day.The 2 groups were treated 10 days for a course and evaluated after 2 courses.Result：The total effective rate,cure rate of the observation group were 94.83% and 51.72%,the total effective rate,cure rate of the control group was 82.76% and 37.93%,compared the 2 groups the differences were significant （P〈0.05）; the clinical efficacy of the observation group were closely related to the length of disease course, the shorter the better, the clinical efficacy of less than 1 month was superior than the 1 to 3 months,3 to 6 months and 6 months or more（P〈0.05） Conclusion：The clinical effect of treating nervous tinnitus with YangYin ZiShenTang combined with methimazole,low molecular dextran and VitB12 is significant,and correlated with the disease course.
