| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺炎支原体感染与支气管哮喘急性发作期的相关性,为支气管哮喘急性发作期的治疗提供依据。方法检测50例哮喘急性发作期组和50例哮喘临床缓解期组患者的外周血肺炎支原体抗体（MP-IgM）、血清总免疫球蛋白E（IgE）及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数（EOS）;对比两组MP-IgM阳性率,对比MP-IgM阳性与阴性患者的IgE水平和EOS计数。结果急性发作期组MP-IgM阳性率（34.00%）显著高于临床缓解期组（8.00%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;MP-IgM阳性患者的IgE和EOS显著高于MP-IgM阴性患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论肺炎支原体感染与支气管哮喘急性发作密切相关,对哮喘急性发作期患者应常规行MP-IgM检测,为哮喘急性发作期患者新的治疗提供依据。 |
