| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对眼科局麻手术患者实施人文护理的效果。方法 180例眼科手术患者,随机分成观察组和对照组各90例,观察组手术前、中、后给予人文关怀、心理安慰,对照组只接受病房护士提供的常规护理和健康指导,比较手术开始前血压和心率升高情况。结果观察组术前比入院血压升高20 mmHg以上的和心率加快超过20次以上的患者明显少于对照组,术后患者满意率高于对照组。结论将人文关怀、心理护理应用在眼科局麻手术治疗中,可以使患者明显减轻焦虑、恐惧,术中主动配合手术,树立了战胜疾病的信心,在保证手术顺利完成提高患者满意率中起到至关重要的作用。
