| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术中转开腹的常见原因并分析相关病变机制及处理原则。方法回顾性分析24例腹腔镜胆囊切除术中转开腹手术的临床资料。结果 24例患者中转为开腹手术后手术顺利完成,术后无明显并发症,临床症状均消失,疗效满意。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术中转为开腹手术能有效提高手术安全性,降低手术并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the common causes of conversion to laparotomy during laparoscopic cholecystectomy and to analyze the pathological mechanism and treatment principle. Methods The clinical data of 24 cases with conversion to laparotomy during laparoscopic cholecystectomy were retrospectively analyzed. Results The operation completed successfully after the 24 cases underwent conversion to laparotomy. There were no obvious complications after the operation, and the clinical symptoms were all disappeared. The curative effect was satisfactory. Conclusion The conversion to laparotomy during laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively improve the safety of operation and reduce operative complications. |
