苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压的临床观察

目的：研究苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效和安全性。方法原发性高血压患者239例为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组120例和观察组119例,治疗组采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗,观察组单用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平进行治疗,后将两组患者的治疗情况进行比较分析。结果治疗组总有效率为95.8%,观察组总有效率83.2%,两组患者对比,治疗组明显优于观察组,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=10.19, P＜0.01）。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压临床效果好,安全性好。

Clinical observation on levamlodipine besylate and valsartan in the treatment of essential hypertension

ObjectiveTo explore clinical effect and safety of levamlodipine besylate combined with valsartan in the treatment of essential hypertension.MethodsDivided 239 cases of essential hypertension into treatment group（120 cases） and observation group（119 cases）, treatment group was treated with levamlodipine besylate combined with valsartan, observation group was treated with levamlodipine besylate alone, treatment condition in two groups were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment group（95.8%） was better than observation group（83.2%）χ^2= 10.19,P〈0.01, the difference was statistically significant. ConclusionLevamlodipine besylate combined with valsartan have a good clinical effect in the treatment of essential hypertension.
