| 摘 要： | 目的探讨和分析无痛胃镜在上消化道病变中的临床应用价值。方法160例胃镜检查的患者，随机分成普通胃镜组和无痛胃镜组，每组80例，比较两组患者诊治期间的不良反应、胃镜检查的感受及内镜操作时间的差异性。结果与普通胃镜组相比较，无痛胃镜组的不良反应少，提高患者胃镜检查的舒适度，可减少内镜操作时间，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论无痛胃镜检查在消化内科上消化道病变中具有安全、有效的特点，值的临床进一步推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To study and analyze the clinical value of painless endoscopy in upper gastrointestinal lesions. Methods Divided 160 gastroscopy patients into ordinary gastroscope inspection group and painless gastroscope inspection group, 80 cases in each group, adverse reactions, the feelings of gastroscopy and endoscopic operation time difference during the diagnosis and treatment in two groups were compared. Results Compared with ordinary gastroscope inspection group, painless gastroscope group improved patient comfort of gastroscopy with less adverse reaction, and can reduce the endoscopic operation time, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Painless gastroscopy in the lesions of upper gastrointestinal tract digestive internal medicine has the characteristics of safety, effectiveness, so it is worthy of clinical promotion. |
