| 摘 要： | 目的：建立中药退黄外洗液中大黄酸的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法测定大黄酸。色谱柱为AgilentSB—C18柱（250minx4．6mm，5μm），以甲醇-0．1％磷酸（80：20）洗脱，流速为1．0ml／min，检测波长为254nm，柱温为30℃。结果：阴性对照无干扰，大黄酸在0．025～0．250mg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9992），平均回收率为98．93％，RSD=O．66％（n=6）。结论：该法操作简便，方法稳定，专属性强，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish the method for content determination of rhein of Zhongyaotuihuangwaixiye Lotion by HPLC. Methods ：The content of rhein was determinated by HPLC. Agilent SB-CI8 column（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution （80：20）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The column temperature was 30℃. The detective wavelenth was set at 254 nm.Resuits：The negative sample had no interference.The linear regression for rhein was obtained over the range of 0.025-0.250 mg（r=0.999 2）. The average recovery was 98.93% with RSD of 0.66%（n=6）.Conelusion：The established method is simple, feasible and repeatable, and can be used for the quality control of Zhongyaotuihuangwaixiye Lotion. |
