| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管贲门癌术后肺炎的发生原因和防治措施. 方法回顾性分析我院1997年3月～2004年3月28例食管癌和贲门癌切除术后肺炎的临床资料. 结果食管贲门癌术后肺炎的发生率为2.58%,病死率为0.46%, 其发生和高龄、术前合并心肺疾病特别是慢性阻塞性肺疾病、手术部位和时间等有密切关系. 结论术前、术中和术后采取综合防治措施,对降低食管贲门癌术后肺炎的发生率和死亡率具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the reason, prevention and treatment for postoperative pneumonia in esophageal and cardiac carcinoma patients. METHODS The data of 28 cases of postoperative pneumonia in esophageal and cardiac carcinoma patients were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS The morbidity and mortality of postoperative pneumonia were 2.58% and 0.46%, respectively. Postoperative pneumonia was closely related to age, cardiopulmonary diseases and operation time. CONCLUSIONS To take more perioperative measures is important to decrease the morbidity and mortality due to postoperative pneumonia in esophageal and cardiac carcinoma patients. |
