滑膜骨软骨瘤病中游离体表现与诊断关系

分析滑膜骨软骨瘤病中游离体Ｘ线、ＣＴ表现，讨论游离体发生与诊断本病关系。材料与方法回顾分析２３例关 ，外游离体的Ｘ线ＣＴ表现，并与病理对照。２３例摄Ｘ线平片，其中１３例ＣＴ扫描，有６例作高分辨率ＣＴ扫描。２２例手术病理证实，另１例关节镜检查病理证实。结果关节内、外游离体钙化程度和形态大小与游离体形成时间有关，也与病程有关。往往病程长，关节内外游离体数目多，钙化与骨化明显，且偏大并累及范围广，反之，

Synovial Chondromatosis: Diagnosis and Appearance of Loose Bodies

Objective To analyze the manifestations of synovial chondromatosis (SC) on plain films and CT scans, to discuss the development of loose bodies and its relationship with the diagnosis of SC.Materials and Methods Plain film was performed in 23 pathologically proved SC cases, of which 13 cases underwent CT scanning (HRCT in 6 cases). The imaging features of intra and extra joint loose bodies were analyzed and compared with the pathological findings.Results The size and the calcification degree of loose bodies was closely related to the time of their formation and the course of SC. Usually, the more and bigger the loose bodies were and the longer the disease was present, the more obvious the calcification or ossification would be, and vise versa.Conclusion The appearances, especially calcification degree, of loose bodies in SC on plain films and CT scans are very important signs for the diagnosis of SC.
