紫外分光光度法测定河水中五氯酚含量

摘    要:报道应用紫外分光光度法测定河水中五氨酸含量。水样经蒸馏处理后在248nm波长下直接测定。本法相对误差.25%,添加回收率96%~99%.结果说明,与现行的比色法和气相色谱法比较,本方法简便、快速,最低检出浓度0.10mq/L,能满足实际工作诗要,便于推广应用。

Abstract:his paper discribes a ultraviolet spectrophotometry for measuring pentachlorpheneol in riverwater. With this method,samples treated by clistillation was diectly measured at 248nm. Relativeerror was 1. 25%. Addition Percent recovery was from 96% and 99%. Compared with colorimetryand gas chromatogtaphy which are advanced methods, this method is proved to be easy, simple andprompt. The minimum detecable concentration is 0. 10mg/L,suitable for practical use. It is easy touse the may be popularized.
