| 摘 要： | 严重性眼外伤受伤原因,有异物伤、钝挫伤、敲击伤、爆炸伤及化学伤等。致伤部位为角巩膜,角巩膜巨大裂口均在15mm以上,就诊时间为2h～1周,手术前后视力做了比较,并发症及后遗症共有11种。

| Abstract: | 152 cases (178 eyes) of severe ocular trauma were presented. Among them, male were 130 cases, female 22, age varied from 7 to 77. "Wounded eyes: right 61, left 65, both eye 26 cases (52 eyes). The causes of injuries were contusion, multiple explosion, alkaline burns, etc. The sites of injuries were in corneal and corneal scleral with intraocular foreign body. Sizes of lacerations were greater than 1.5cm. Duration of severe ocular trauma remaining was 2 hours to one week. Comparison of preoperative and postoperative visual acuity were made. 11 kinds of complication and sequelae were noted. |
