| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肺部低剂量螺旋CT扫描技术的可行性。方法:对50例受检者在行常规剂量肺部螺旋CT扫描后再进行低剂量螺旋CT扫描,而后对两组图像进行对比分析。结果:在显示正常肺部结构方面两组图像无明显差别;在不同肺部疾病中两组图像均可提供相近的诊断与鉴别诊断信息。结论:肺部低剂量螺旋CT是切实可行的,特别适用于大批量体格检查。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the feasibility of low-dose spiral CT examination of lungs. Methods: To perform low-dose spiral CT scanning after having performed routine dose spiral CT scanning in 50 cases who underwent chest examination, then comparison of the quality of the films in these two groups were carried out. Results: There is no significant difference in demonstrating normal pulmonary structures in the images of these two groups, the images in both groups were able to provide the same diagnostic and differential diagnostic information in different pulmonary diseases. Conclusion: Low-dose spiral CT examination of lung is feasible, especially in mass physical examination. |
