| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脊柱结核CT表现和临床表现,为临床诊断提供依据。方法:回顾性分析55例脊柱结核患者的CT表现。结果:脊柱结核的CT征象主要有脊柱骨质破坏、死骨或钙化、椎间盘破坏、椎旁冷脓肿等。结论:脊柱CT检查是诊断脊柱结核的重要指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the behavior of spine CT,and provide a rationale for diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis.Methods:Fifty-five patients including 28 males and 27 females were collected in hospital. Retrospective analysis of spine CT were done.Results:The manifestination of spine CT included bone destruction of spine, sequestra or calcification,destruction of intervertebral disc, paravertebral cold abscess,etc.Conclusion:The characteristic of spine CT were very important for diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis. |
