PDCA循环管理在肿瘤患者PICC置管及维护中的应用

目的:探讨PDCA循环管理在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管及维护中的应用及效果。方法:对3名静脉治疗专科护士及8名肿瘤科责任护士为40例肿瘤接受化疗患者进行PICC置管及维护实施PDCA管理,比较实施PDCA管理前后护士理论知识及操作技能的掌握情况、肿瘤患者接受PICC置管率、PICC导管留置期间并发症的情况。结果:实施PDCA前后护士理论知识及操作技能掌握情况比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),肿瘤患者接受PICC置管率由实施管理前的4.8%提高到13.9%,PICC置管患者并发症发生率由原来的33.3%降低到3.6%。结论:PDCA循环管理可以提高肿瘤专科护士的理论知识水平及操作技能;PDCA循环管理应用于PICC置管及维护中能提高化疗患者置管率,降低置管及带管期间的并发症。

Application of PDCA cycle management in cancer patients with Maintenance of PICC catheter

Abstract] Objective: Explore the PDCA cycle management of peripherally inserted central venous catheter (PICC) catheter and maintenance of application and effect. Methods: The three intravenous therapy specialist oncology nurses and eight of 40 cases of tumor responsibility of nurses patients receiving chemotherapy and maintenance of PICC catheter implement PDCA management, more nurses before and after the implementation of PDCA management theoretical knowledge and operational skills to grasp the situation; cancer patients receiving PICC catheter rate; PICC catheter complications during situations. Results: The nurses before and after the implementation of PDCA theoretical knowledge and operational skills to grasp the situation there was significant difference (P <0.05), cancer patients receiving PICC catheter increased from 4.8% before the implementation of management increased to 13.9%, PICC catheter complications in patients the incidence increased from 33.3% to 3.6%. Conclusion: PDCA cycle management can improve cancer specialist nurses theoretical knowledge and operational skills, PDCA cycle management and maintenance of PICC catheter used in chemotherapy patients can improve the rate of catheter, catheter and reduce complications during with a pipe.
