冬虫夏草发酵液的镇静催眠作用

目的 研究冬虫夏草发酵液的镇静催眠作用。方法 采用自发活动仪记录法、小鼠走动时间和举双肢法、戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠睡眠法、爬杆实验观察受试药的镇静催眠作用。结果 冬虫夏草发酵液可抑制小鼠的自发活动；缩短小鼠入睡潜伏期，延长小鼠睡眠持续时间；提高小鼠爬杆行为级别。结论 冬虫夏草发酵液具有一定的镇静催眠作用。

Sedative and hypnotic effects of the fermentative broth of Cordyceps Sisnensi

Objective To study the sedative, hypnotic effects of the fermentative broth of Cordyceps Sisnensi(FBCS) in mice. Methods To observe the different effects of FBCS on spontaneous activity with the movement counter and to record the moving time , the number of mice to raise forelimbs. To observe the hypnotic effect FBCS in mice treated with a subthreshold does of pentobarbital and sustaining time of walking on the metal club. Results FBCS could significantly inhibit the spontaneous activity, shorten the sleep latency, prolong the duration of sleeping in mice treated with subthreshold dose of pentobarbital and enhance the ability of mice to balance on the metal club. Conclusion FBCS possesses the sedative and hypnotic effects.
