| 摘 要： | 目的:观察甲泼尼龙治疗蜂毒所致溶血性贫血的疗效。方法:7例蜂蛰伤所致的溶血性贫血,入院后除血液透析及常规对症处理外,采用大剂量甲基泼尼松龙静滴,连续3～5 d。结果:全部患者2-3 d后溶血得到控制,6例治愈,1例死于呼吸衰竭。结论:大剂量甲基泼尼松龙治疗能有效控制蜂毒所致的溶血,对蜂毒所致的其他合并症的治疗也是有效和安全的。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of methlyprednisolone treatment on hemolytic anemia by wasp sting. Method : Seven ptients of hemolytic anemia caused by wasp sting were treated by large dose of methy prednisolone, except hemodialysis and routine therapy days contineously. The proccess was 3 to 5 days. Result: Seven patients of hemolysis caused by wasp sting were cib-trikked after 2 or 3 dats. Six patients obtained clinical healing, but one patient died of respiratory failure. Conclusion: Lerge dose of methylprednisolone treatment can control hemolysis caused by wasp sting effectively and it is also effective and safe to treat orther complications caused by wasp sting. |
