| 摘 要： | 目的：观察穴位埋线治疗癫痫的疗效，为今后临床选择治疗方案提供依据。方法：用经过安定注射液浸泡的羊肠线进行穴位埋线，治疗癫痫160例（治疗组），并与针刺治疗130例（对照组）进行疗效对比。结果：治疗组总有效率为89．4％，对照组为77．7％，两组比较，总有效率差异有非常显著性意义（P＜0．01）。结论：穴位埋线能有效地控制癫痫病的发作率，缓解病情，减少患者的就诊次数，且无毒副作用，在临床上有推广使用的价值。

| Abstract: | Purpose To observe thera peutic effect of acupoint catgut embeddi ng therapy on epilepsy so as to provide a basis for clinical selection of treatm ent programMethods The diazepam injectio-immersed cagtut wa s used for acupoint embedding therapy in 160 cases of epilepsy (treatment group) and acupuncture was used for treatment of 130 cases (control group),and their t herapeutic effects were comparedResults The total effective rate was 894% in th e treatment group and 777% in the contr ol group with a significant difference b etween the two groups(P<001 )Conclusion Acupoint em bedding therapy can effectivel y control attack rate of epilepsy,reliev e condition of disease,and reduce the vi sting times,with no side effect |
