| Abstract: | Thrombolytic therapy may reduce the morbidity of pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE) and the risk of recurrent disease. The most important complication of thrombolytic therapy is bleeding. We report a patient with PTE complicated by massive vaginal bleeding due to thrombolytic therapy. |
