腹部闭合性损伤致延迟性肠坏死的诊治

目的　探讨腹部闭合性损伤致延迟性肠坏死的诊断与治疗。方法　回顾性总结 4 2例腹部闭合性损伤致延迟性肠坏死病例的临床资料。所有病例均于伤后不同时间行部分肠切除、肠吻合术及腹腔引流术。结果　经积极手术 ,本组经一次手术治愈 34例 ,二次手术 8例 ,其中 2例死亡。结论　了解熟悉腹部闭合性损伤致延迟性肠坏死的临床特点、及时诊断、选择合理的手术时机及手术方案、加强围手术期治疗等是减少其并发症、降低死亡率的关键。

Blunt abdominal trauma followed by delayed intestinal necrosis

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of the delayed intestinal necrosis caused by blunt abdominal trauma.?Methods The clinical data of 42 cases of delayed intestinal necrosis from 1979 to 1999 were analyzed retrospectively. All the cases underwent partial resection of intestinal anastomosis and intraperitioneal drainage.?Results Among them,34 cases were cured by one operation,and 8 cases underwent operations again,in which 2 cases died.?Conclusion To master its clinical features,diagnose correctly in the early stage,and select reasonable operative procedures are the key to decline its mortality rate.
