复方哌唑嗪治疗原发性高血压与复方降压片的比较

本文收治年龄、病程均相似的原发性高血压患者60例,随机分成两组,分别口服复方哌唑嗪或复方降压1-2片,tid共3 Wk。结果复方哌唑嗪组降压总有效率为90％,而复方降压片组则为70％,(p<0.05)。用复方哌唑嗪患者的收缩压,平均降低3.1±0.4 kpa(23.6±2.7 mmHg),其舒张压平均降低2.50±0.05kpa(18.6±0.4mmHg);用复方降压片患者的收缩压平均降低1.05±0.15 kpa(7.9±1.2 mmHg),其舒张压平均降低0.94±0.77kpa(7.1±5.8 mmHg),(p<0.001)。在服复方哌唑嗪过程中,偶有口干、胃肠道反应。作者等认为复方哌唑嗪降压作用强而持久、副作用小,适用于Ⅱ-Ⅲ期高血压,值得推广应用。

A comparative trial of prazosin Co and antihypertensive Co in the treatment of essential hypertension

In this randomized trial, sixty essential hypertensive patients were divided into 2 groups. Their characteristics were equivalent in both groups and their history of hypertension varied from 2-3 yrs to 20 yrs.Each received 1-2 tab of prazosin Co. tid (i.e. prazosiu HC1 3-6 mg/d),same as antihypertensive Co (复降片) for three weeks. The overall response rate of prazosin Co. group was 90%, whereas the anti-hypertensive Co. group was 70% (p<0.05). In prazosin Co group, the lowering SBP was 3.1+0.4 kPa (23.6+2.7mmHg) in average, while that of DBF was 2.50+0.05 kPa (18.6+0.4 mmHg)in average. In the antihypertensive group, the lowering of SBP was 1.05 + 0.15 kPa (7.9+1.2 mmHg) in average, and that of DBP was 0.94 + 0.77 kPa (7.1 + 5.8 mmHg) in average, (p<0.001). During the course of treatment, transit thirst and some mild gastrointestinal disorders were seen with prazosin Co. Thus, prazosin Co. may be an acceptable antihypertensive agent for treating essential hy-pertens ion.
