| Abstract: | Microwave extraction is a new and high efficient technique for extraction and separation, which is widely applicable in chemical, pharmaceutical and food industrial fields. In this article, the fundamental principles of microwave extraction technique and the equipment required were described, and several microwave extraction equipment with different functions were emphatically introduced . |
