糖尿病患者纤维蛋白原水平与下肢动脉病变关系的研究

目的探讨糖尿病下肢动脉血管病变与纤维蛋白原水平的关系。方法101例糖尿病患者根据纤维蛋白原（Fg）水平的不同,分为正常Fg组（Ⅰ组）和高Fg组（Ⅱ组）,比较两组的年龄、病程、空腹血浆胆固醇（CH）、甘油三酯（TG）、极低密度脂蛋白（VLDL）及空腹血糖（FPG）。同时检查下肢血管彩超。结果与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ组下肢动脉远端血管并发症发生率高（P〈0.05）。结论糖尿病患者血浆中Fg升高是其发生下肢远端血管并发症的危险原因。

Study about the Relationship Between Plasma Fibrinogen Level and Pathological Changes of Lower Limbs' Arteries in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To investigate the relationship of plasma fibrinogen(Fg) with pathological changes of lower limbs' arteries in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods 101 diabetic patients were divided into nomal Fg group(group Ⅰ) and high Fg group(group Ⅱ) according to the level of Fg.The age、course of diseases、fasting plasma cholesterol(CH),triglyceride(TG),very-low-density-lipoprotein(VLDL),fasting plasma glucose(FPG) of the two groups were compared.Meanwhile,lower limbs' arteries were detected by color Doppler ultrasonography.Results Compared with group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ patients presented higher incidence of pathological changes of lower limbs' distant arteries(P<0.05).Conclusion The hyperfibrinogenemia is risk factor for pathological changes of lower limbs' arteries in patients with DM.
